Quality assurance holds a specialized symposium entitled “a vision in administrative reform and investing the human resources for a better future”

 

Under the auspices of the minister of higher education and scientific research prof. Ali Mohamed Hussein Al-Adeeb the quality assurance  and university performance  at the university of Baghdad held a specialized symposium entitled (A vision  in administrative reform and investing  of human resources for a better future) delivered by Dr. Salah Abdul Qader al-Nuaimi, adviser of  the minister  for management and strategy affairs. Attended a symposium held at the hall of the college of engineering – al-Khwarizmi, at the head of Baghdad university, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasul and assistant chancellor for administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussein Yousef added a number of deans and directors of departments and formations of the university of Baghdad.



The seminar was opened by reading a verse from the Quran and after the word Mr. president of the university of Baghdad, which praised the seminar and the importance of administrative reform, which are well known to one which stems from a fundamental position which is how the evolution of institutions that have become the need the need to bother after years of development and be based on the data in order to be true in the future is also valid. The president of the university to the University of Baghdad, is the main campus of ancient that came out a lot of leaders and scientists are still the University of Baghdad, is a distinct professors and students, stressing on not to get away from the development taking place in the world with management and administrative development of the people in particular, and we have all the material and moral of this development and the transfer of the perminent properly, and then delivered by Dr. Salah Abdel-Qader al-Naimi, minister counselor for management and strategy, which included several axes, namely the activation of the evidence of powers and devolution of powers and simplify work processes and the preparation of leaders of the administrative capable of leading institutions efficiently and effectively and to develop organizational structures and administrative decentralization and human resource management and the development of human resource skills physical and moral and public administration using modern technical means and solving technical problems, administrative correspondence and the use of electronic correspondence and operate on the principle of reward and punishment.
