New Appointments to more than 540 Employees
With care of the staff of the university and the continuous work even outside office hours , fundamental work and preparations have been conducted to issue orders of appointment for new employees of the top students and who are working in the form of contracts and the returning academic competencies of various disciplines, where administrative assistant formed operations room at his office to resolve the issues of appointment as soon as possible, in order to appoint about 550 employees, between a university professor and an employee, where meetings were held successively in the Office of the Administrative Assistant Professor Hussein Yousef , which contained several points including appointing the staff of the daily wages for workers since 2011 and below, the re-appointing of the academic competencies returning to Iraq and the appointing of the tops of colleges and institutes for 2011-2012 / 2012 – 2013. The applicants have been selected and all the submitted transactions to the university have been checked.All the conditions, central requirements and valid instructions have been applied. Dr Hussein Yousef in an interview with the website explained that the record will be submitted to His Excellency the Minister for approval and then meet the due process, Dr Hussein added that Mr. university president has instructed that the proceedings should be as soon as possible, ordering the formation of a committee of specialists from Department of legal Affairs, Administration and Finance, auditing and financial control with the presence of Director of Studies and planning, Mr. Samir Mohammed Jaber, who has explained that the work is going on in full swing to complete the appointments as well as the over time work continues and the workers with us in the Committee are making extraordinary efforts in order to complete the procedures, besides that our university has adopted the best programs systems in the management and auditing of files and transactions and then inserted data according to the latest developed technology in order to save time and effort . Hehas also showed that there are directives of giving interest to the academic competencies and medical groups and to consider the cases covered by the recruitment and sporadic, and if we completed this record and has been approved by His Excellency the Minister, there is a new record we will prepare once ratified to appoint a new group. We would like to show that all the new appointments are of the university staff exclusively and we always seek to serve the society through the slogan of the university “the university is in service of the society”.
