The Ibn Sina Unit of the College of Education for Women, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, conducted a workshop titled “The Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in E-Learning.” The workshop was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Alwan Shibram and Dr. Yaseen Tarrar Ghand.
The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of artificial intelligence and its role in enhancing e-learning, train students on the use of AI tools to improve learning and teaching processes and enable students to apply AI-based educational strategies to enhance interaction and comprehension.
The workshop concluded with several key recommendations, including the integration of AI tools into educational curricula to keep pace with technological advancements, providing ongoing training courses for students and faculty members on the latest AI techniques in education, and developing interactive educational environments that rely on AI to support self-learning and adapt to individual needs.
This workshop aligns with one of the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4, which emphasizes quality education.
