The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad held a course titled “Artificial Intelligence”, attended by several faculty members from the college.

The course aimed to introduce participants to the concept of artificial intelligence (AI), its types, applications, and significance. It covered various key topics, including the use of AI in medical applications, medical physics, and dentistry.

The course concluded with several recommendations, emphasizing the importance of understanding AI algorithms used in managing health records, diagnosing diseases, prescribing medications, medical imaging analysis, and mental health applications. The discussions also highlighted the need to integrate AI technology into learning and knowledge-sharing communities.

This course aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by promoting knowledge and skill development in emerging technologies.
