The Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage at the University of Baghdad, in the presence of a number of professors and researchers, organized the scientific symposium tagged (The Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Service of Heritage The session was chaired by Dr. Liqa Amer Ashour, where the first lecture was delivered by Dr. Muhammad Alaa Hussein Al-Tamimi \ College of Engineering Al-Khwarizmi at the University of Baghdad and the title of his research tagged (The role of artificial intelligence in reviving world heritage).

The symposium aimed to identify the concept of intelligence in the digitization and electronic documentation of various sectors in the preservation of world heritage from the natural factors of time, neglect, and illegal trade of antiquities in the introduction of artificial intelligence systems to these challenges to rebuild archaeological sites and restore works of art. Al-Tamimi stressed the importance of identifying stolen artifacts and future applications in tourism antiquities programs and reviving historical monuments.

The following lecture was delivered by Dr. Compliance Kazem Sarhan, a teacher at the center, and the title of her research (The role of Artificial Intelligence in preserving Cultural Heritage and How to Develop it in the Future) is that Intelligence is one of the most important technological applications in the modern era, which is based on the application of certain programs in the service of modern civilization, including heritage in all its forms.

The researcher added that artificial intelligence enters the field of efficient management, preservation of cultural heritage, information prediction, and sustainable development, knowledge of intelligence is a revolution based on information technology used in many different aspects of life, and this broad science (AI) was used in preserving our ancient heritage in its various aspects, including preserving the linguistic and cultural heritage of our civilization and the restoration of antiquities and determining the three-dimensional perception of damaged monuments and sites and determining the maps with high accuracy for archaeological excavation and the lecture also confirmed To find fraud and forgery and determine it in the reality of the effects and attribute them to their original source.

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, which calls for quality education.
