The Department of Petroleum Engineering at the College of Engineering conducted a joint examination for third- and fourth-year students as part of the collaboration between the University of Baghdad, Al-Farabi University College, and Al-Ain University. This initiative aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the university twinning agreement between public and private universities, aiming to strengthen academic integrity and uphold high educational standards in private institutions. This step reflects the commitment of Iraqi universities to achieving the highest levels of academic quality.
The examinations were held in designated halls at the Petroleum Engineering Department of the College of Engineering – University of Baghdad, Al-Farabi University College, and Al-Ain University. A meticulous organizational approach was implemented to ensure the achievement of educational objectives. The examination process was conducted smoothly under the direct supervision of Dr. Samira Mohammed Hamdallah, Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department at the University of Baghdad, with continuous oversight by faculty members to ensure adherence to academic standards.
This joint examination contributes to the realization of the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which advocates for quality education.
