The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities, University of Baghdad, organized a workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.”

The event featured lectures by Prof.Dr. Muntaha Jasim Abdul, Assist.Prof.Dr. Azhar Alwan Kashash, Assistant Lecturer Dr. Hanan Mousa Omran, and Lecturer Maher Jasim Hadi. The event was attended by faculty members, staff, and students of the college.

The primary objective of the workshop was to raise students’ awareness of the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity in the modern era and their impact across various fields.

Key topics discussed included: Utilizing AI technologies to enhance cybersecurity and protect against cyber threats. Exploring AI’s role in psychology, particularly in developing more accurate assessment and diagnostic tools. Providing a comprehensive overview of the latest developments and challenges in these two crucial fields.

This workshop aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which advocates for quality education.
