The workshop stressed the need to follow a healthy diet, exercise, stay away from smoking and alcohol, breastfeed, and have periodic medical consultations.

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the third goal, which calls for ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.
