The College of Education for Women, through its Continuing Education Unit, organized a scientific seminar titled “Ethical Conduct Guidelines for University Students: Reality and Aspirations.” The symposium featured a distinguished group of faculty members from the College of Education for Women as speakers.

The symposium aimed to highlight the ethical values and principles for female university students, identify the challenges they face, explore the role of media in promoting ethical behavior, clarify academic and administrative regulations, and examine the interactive relationship between faculty members and students.

The event concluded with several key recommendations, including launching initiatives within the university, such as a University Ethics Day or volunteer programs to promote positive behavior. It also emphasized encouraging students to take responsibility by assigning them leadership roles in student teams and activities, engaging administrative and academic bodies in fostering a supportive environment for ethical conduct, and leveraging technology positively by creating digital platforms for ethical discussions and awareness. Additionally, it recommended providing advisory services for students facing ethical or behavioral challenges.

This event aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which advocates for quality education.
