The General Secretariat of the Central Library received the students of the College of Education for Women / Department of Arabic Language, the first stage at the University of Baghdad with a scientific visit.

The visit aimed to identify the important role played by the library in supporting the academic march of students, as the students were taken on a comprehensive tour of the various service units of the library as well as introducing the services provided by the library, such as the automated search service for available sources and databases, as well as explaining how to benefit from academic books and digital resources in the fields of literature and Arabic language.

At the end of the visit, the students expressed their great benefit from the information they obtained, noting that the library is an essential source to enhance their knowledge and develop their academic skills in the field of Arabic language.

This visit achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth and eleventh goals, which call for quality education as well as sustainable cities and communities.
