The Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Graduate Studies Division at the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad, organized a training course entitled: “Education Challenges in the Light of Artificial Intelligence”, in which the assistant lecturer: Yahya Sharif Jaid lectured, in the presence of a number of professors and employees.
The workshop aimed to shed light on the challenges facing the education sector in light of artificial intelligence and its applications, as education is one of the areas that have benefited from this technology and have been directly and tangibly affected by it, especially recently, as artificial intelligence is witnessing rapid and remarkable development.
The workshop concluded that integrating AI into education poses many challenges, most notably achieving a balance between “AI for Education” and “Education for AI” while ensuring access to this technology for all.
The workshop recommended the need to develop the skills of employees in the use of computers, enhance the experiences of lecturers in preparing a comprehensive educational bag for lectures, in addition to designing interactive questions to motivate students and increase their activity in the educational process.
