The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the Presidency of the University of Baghdad organized an introductory workshop on (Instructions and Conditions for Applying for the Scholarship Program of the Higher Committee for the Development of Education in Iraq for the year 2025), chaired by the Director of the Department, Prof. Dr. Enas Khalifa Obaid Al-Sharqi, and delivered by a number of specialists from the department’s affiliates.
The workshop aimed to familiarize the university employees with the special conditions and instructions and the mechanism of applying to the missions of the Higher Committee for the Development of Education in Iraq, as well as openness to the advanced education systems in international universities and the mechanism for applying to them.
The workshop included instructions and conditions for applying for the scholarship program of the Higher Committee for Education Development in Iraq 2025, and the mechanism for calculating differentiation points for advanced students according to many criteria, including academic certificates, personal interviews, and other added differentiation points.
