The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled “The Relationship between Positive Thinking and Mental Health”, presented by lecturer Eng. Haneen Saleh Farrouh.
The workshop aimed to highlight the mutual influence between positive thinking and mental health, and their role in enhancing the quality of life. It also sought to provide participants with practical methods that help them develop positive thinking, which contributes to improving mental and physical health, reducing stress and anxiety levels, and increasing the ability to cope with the stresses of daily life.
The workshop recommended the need to enhance the skill of positive thinking, because of its important role in supporting mental health, enhancing psychological resilience, and improving the quality of life. The recommendations also stressed the importance of training and daily practice to acquire this skill and apply it in various aspects of life.
