The College of Education for Women, Department of Kindergarten and cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a training workshop tagged: (Methods of caring for children in kindergarten)) and was attended by a group of professors and students of the department, and lectured by Prof. Dr. Altaf Yassin Khader and lecturer Dr. Noor Khudair Rashid.
The training workshop aims to shed light on the psychological, educational, and social structure of the kindergarten teacher, the positive and negative effects of the teacher’s methods of dealing with the child, and the methods of caring for the child, which is represented in play, social interaction, and psychological flexibility.
The training workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is paying attention to the practical kindergarten curricula to provide students with important practical experiences to take care of the child and professional awareness of the profession of kindergarten teacher among students and keep pace with the latest technological developments in the kindergarten department.
