The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad has published an in-depth research study in the prestigious scientific journal “Al-Iraqia Academic Scientific Journal,” issued by the Iraqi University. The study, authored by Dr. Ria Khalid Naji, a faculty member at the college, meticulously examines the pivotal ideological role of the Muslim family in shaping society, presenting new insights and innovative mechanisms to enhance the family’s role in addressing contemporary challenges.

Given the growing challenges facing modern families, this study holds significant importance. It highlights the family’s central role in raising future generations, instilling values and ethics, and fostering social cohesion. Additionally, it offers practical recommendations to strengthen family stability amid rapid social and cultural transformations.

Dr. Ria adopted a rigorous scientific methodology in her study, gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources while employing advanced statistical tools to interpret the findings. This methodological approach has bolstered the credibility of the research, making it a valuable reference for scholars and those interested in family studies.

The study proposes a set of key recommendations to reinforce the family’s role in society, including the need for psychological and social support for families, enhanced cooperation between institutions to provide family support, and the development of awareness programs to educate families on their vital role.
