The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Mass Communication, University of Baghdad, organized a training course titled “How to Become a Successful Leader.” The course was delivered by Assist.Prof.Dr. Zeina Abdulkhaleq and Assist.Lecturer Amlan Abbas, with the attendance of faculty members, staff, and students of the college.
The workshop aimed to develop leadership skills among the participants and enhance their ability to make effective decisions in various fields. The event covered several key topics, including the concept of leadership, the essential qualities of a successful leader, as well as methods for motivating and effectively communicating with team members.
At the conclusion of the activity, the organizers emphasized the College of Mass Communication ‘s continued commitment to offering high-quality training programs that contribute to the development of academic and administrative staff, and help in building a generation capable of leadership and innovation across various fields.
