The College of Education for Women, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training workshop titled “The Influential Teacher and the Ethics of the Teaching Profession.” The workshop was presented by Assist.Lecturer Istabraq Muhammad Mahdi and Assist.Lecturer Rowaa Jaafar Hussein.
The event aimed to highlight the role of teacher, qualities, and personality, as well as how teachers should address individual differences among students and the methods they use to effectively communicate knowledge.
The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the establishment of training courses for teachers focused on teaching values and principles to students. Additionally, it was recommended to include specialized courses in the curriculum aimed at developing skills such as analysis and inference.
