The College of Education for Girls, Rehabilitation and Employment Unit held a training workshop tagged (Career Guidance in the Private Sector), which was attended by a group of professors, employees, and students at the college, and lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Tamader Hamid and Assistant Professor Dr. Salwa Faeq Al-Shehabi.

The training workshop aims to clarify the concept, requirements, and challenges of entrepreneurship in free markets and how to enable the graduate to immunize herself with the academic qualification, as well as to acquire free courses and experiences available and help students identify professions that suit their preferences and interests.

The workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to promote entrepreneurship and employment by encouraging companies to purchase local products and services to develop ICV policies and build a national reference framework for the development of career guidance and guidance services by reviewing and updating legislation and laws related to the labor market and enhancing cooperation between the public sectors and educational institutions to ensure education outputs to the requirements of the labor market.
