The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a training course on fibromyalgia, delivered by Dr. Noha Adel Ibrahim, with the participation of faculty members and staff.

The course emphasized the importance of consistently performing exercises that help alleviate fibromyalgia symptoms, following a structured and regular schedule.

The primary objective of the course was to provide a comprehensive understanding of fibromyalgia, including suitable exercises for different body parts, their practical application, scheduling, and implementation strategies. Additionally, the course explored the impact of fibromyalgia on daily life.

Participants also engaged with videos and visual materials illustrating the step-by-step execution of the exercises. The training program concluded with an examination covering both theoretical and practical components.
