The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women, University of Baghdad, held a scientific workshop entitled (The Test Map and its Importance in Cognitive Tests), which was presented by the teacher in the team games branch, Prof. Dr. Naima Zidan Khalaf.
Dr. Naima explained the concept of the test map, which is a detailed outline that determines the topics of the test content, as well as links the content of the study material to the behavioral educational goals to show the relative weight of each of the different topics and the relative weights of the cognitive-behavioral goals at different levels.
She pointed to its purpose by scheduling specifications to achieve balance in the achievement or cognitive test and to ensure the measurement of a similar sample of teaching objectives and the content of the educational material required to measure the level of achievement or knowledge.
