The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women, University of Baghdad, held a scientific workshop entitled (Home Exercises for Weight Loss and Body Sculpture) presented by the teacher in the individual games branch, Prof. Dr. Mona Talib Al-Badri.
Dr. Al-Badri explained the six best basic exercises to tighten the body that can be done at home: bodyweight squat exercises at a rate of (20) times, Al-Shenaw push-ups at a rate of (10) times, walking and sitting exercises, dumbbell exercises, blank exercises at a rate of (15s), Jack jumps exercises at a rate of (30) times.
She also mentioned the most important exercises used to sculpt and tighten the sagging body and burn grease at home, such as bodyweight exercises, body stretching exercises at home for (15 minutes), squatting with body weight at a rate of (20) times and upper squats at a rate of (25) times, exercises (HIIT), angry birds exercises, Batman exercises, PLP exercises, stretching exercises in bed, Mobility exercises, and vacuum suction exercises.
This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, quality education.
