The Media and Government Communication Division at the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad, in cooperation with the Popular Mobilization Authority, organized the annual festival to commemorate the martyrdom of the leaders of victory.
The festival aimed to remember the heroism of the leaders and their sacrifices that reached their pure blood, so lessons must be drawn from them because their martyrdom brings lessons of sacrifice and heroism to the nation.
The festival opened with verses from the Holy Quran, playing the National Anthem, reading Surat Al-Fatiha on the souls of the martyrs, as well as reading poems that included pictures of heroism and sacrifice.
