The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop on talent management and optimal investment in human resources in the presence of academics and experts in the field.
The workshop dealt with a wide range of important topics related to talent management, starting from identifying the talents inherent in individuals to developing strategic plans for their development and investment. It also highlighted the importance of creating a stimulating and encouraging work environment for creativity and innovation and providing training and continuous development opportunities for employees.
At the end of the workshop, the participants made a number of important recommendations that would contribute to enhancing the culture of talent management in various institutions and making the most of human resources capabilities.
