The Human Resources Division at the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad organized a course entitled “Flexible Management Strategies in Human Resources Management”, in which Assistant Teacher Ahmed Majid and the Director of the Human Resources Division Ishraq Qasim lectured, in the presence of a number of professors and employees.
The course aimed to develop the work environment, diagnose weaknesses and strengths, know the most prominent successful leadership behaviors, and work to overcome and simplify scientific and administrative concepts through the use of scientific studies and experiments in the field of management, as well as submitting recommendations to the relevant authorities to see the level of work and recommendations for the success of the administrative apparatus in our college.
In conclusion, the course touched on the statement of the most important flexible management strategies in terms of being one of the most important elements of management and the most prominent in the field of human resources management with its flexibility in the work environment, which helps to develop and modernize the work environment and focuses on cooperation between individuals in work institutions, as well as understanding the relationship between managers and employees as heads and subordinates in order to participate in decision-making and access to a successful work environment.
