In alignment with the University of Baghdad’s commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of the examination process, Prof.Dr. Ameer Faisal Abdul Ameer, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, conducted an inspection of the examination committees, exam halls, and central committees at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Baghdad.
Prof.Dr. Ameer assessed the overall conditions within the exam halls, ensuring that students were provided with a comfortable environment conducive to taking their exams in a calm and organized manner. He also evaluated the adherence of the committees and invigilators to the guidelines and procedures that uphold the integrity and transparency of the examination process. Prof.Dr. Ameer emphasized the need for immediate attention to any issues that may hinder the progress of the exams, ensuring their timely resolution to maintain the continuity and success of the educational process.
Additionally, he underscored the importance of ongoing collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the exams. He reviewed the details of the examination process with the committee, including the preparation of questions, the accuracy of grading, and the adherence to the schedule for announcing results. He commended the efforts of the committee members in creating a well-organized and efficient environment that significantly contributes to the success of the examination process.
