Dr. Rabab Khalil Ibrahim, responsible for the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, participated in the periodic meeting of the Women’s Affairs Units, which was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nada Al-Abedi, Director of the Women’s Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Ms. Sinai Al-Hamami, Director of the Women’s Affairs Division at the University of Baghdad.
The meeting aimed to discuss ways to solve the challenges facing Iraqi women at all levels and effective mechanisms to enhance and facilitate the work of women’s affairs units in colleges.
The meeting recommended that women’s affairs activities should be directed to university students (females and males) in the first place, and the need to encourage students to publish meaningful content and highlight role models from male and female students for the purpose of disseminating positive examples to be taken as examples.
