The Women’s Affairs Coordination at the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department of the University of Baghdad Presidency, in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Coordination at the Laser Institute, organized an awareness lecture titled “Drugs and Their Impact on Society,” attended by Prof.Dr. Ameer Faisal Abdul Ameer, the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs.
The lecture, presented by Shurooq Sabah Jaber, Head of the Employment and Staffing Division at the University of Baghdad, aimed to highlight the impact of drugs on individuals and society, and to discuss preventive measures, with a particular emphasis on the role of educational institutions in societal awareness.
The lecture saw strong attendance and positive interaction from the participants, who praised the importance of the topic and the depth of the discussion. This event is part of a series of purposeful activities organized by the Women’s Affairs Coordination to promote cultural and social awareness among staff members and students.
