The Higher Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies organized a workshop entitled (Intellectual Extremism and Religious Deviation – Phenomena Contrary to the Social and Religious Behavior of Society), under the supervision of the Dean of the Institute, Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajeel Al-Mamouri, and in the presence of a number of teachers and graduate students at the Institute.
The workshop included the definition of issues related to social behaviors and intellectual trends affecting the stability of society and emphasizes the leading role of academic institutions in supporting the efforts of various institutions to address intellectual extremism and behavioral deviations by promoting religious and social awareness, and this is in line with goal (11) of the sustainable development goals for cities and communities.
