Ibn Sina E-Learning Center, University of Baghdad, held a workshop entitled “The Fifth Card”, presented by senior programmer Noor Haykal Hussein.

The workshop discussed the mechanisms of converting personal files into electronic cards that facilitate the search process and accurate data retrieval while enhancing the security of confidential documents using a tight control system.

The workshop aimed to reduce reliance on traditional manual archiving and convert it into electronic archiving that allows quick and secure access to data. It also seeks to enhance administrative efficiency by providing an integrated database that can be read and used at any time, thus contributing to improving the decision-making process.

Noor also explained in the workshop how to design the electronic card for each employee or teacher, ensuring the protection of secret books and preventing access to them except by the senior official of formation and the owner of the card. It also explained data classification techniques to facilitate the practical and accurate handling of administrative documents.
