The College of Science at the University of Baghdad organized the fourth conference in chemistry, which was held under the slogan (A Modern View of Technology in Chemistry), in the presence of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, and the Dean of the College, Dr. Raed Faleh Hassan, with the participation of a number of researchers from inside and outside the college and a large academic gathering.
In his speech, the President of the University stressed the importance of these conferences, especially in the scientific disciplines concerned with chemistry sciences, which are important disciplines, wishing the participants success in the results they will come out which enrich the fields of modern chemistry.
The conference aimed to engage the most modern and dynamic researchers in the global chemical community who are active in this field, through the modern perspective of chemical technology, as well as researchers and students at the beginning of their careers, who are the key to the future development of green and sustainable chemistry, in order to be a link for partnerships between academics and chemical professionals, to achieve a long-term partnership in knowledge and discussion of the latest information.
The themes of the conference also included the disciplines of physical, life, analytical, organic, inorganic, nano, green, medical, industrial, and environmental chemistry, and honoring a number of retired teachers. In addition, accepted research for publication will be published in the Iraqi Journal of Science and an international publishing house within the Scopus Index Journals.
