In a new study, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad has reached interesting results on the relationship between psychological flow, mental immunity, and the performance of mental health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, as this study is considered a scientific achievement in which the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Nima Dahsh Farhan, and a group of researchers participated.

This study’s importance lies in supporting workers’ health, improving the quality of care, and opening new horizons for research. It was published in the prestigious journal “Plos One” and is listed in the Scopus database, which confirms its scientific importance. The study revealed that psychological flow, a state of complete immersion in activity and high concentration, plays a crucial role in maintaining the mental health of workers and improving their performance, especially under the difficult circumstances imposed by the pandemic.

This study could be a turning point in the field of mental health. Its findings can be used to develop new training programs for mental health workers focused on enhancing psychological flow and mental immunity. This study can also contribute to changing the perception of health workers and encouraging organizations to provide a supportive work environment that promotes mental well-being.
