The President of Baghdad University, Prof.Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, praised the achievements of the College of Education Ibn Rushd for Humanities. This came during his inspection visit to the college.
The university president emphasized the important role of the college in advancing the educational process and scientific research. He called for strengthening cooperation between the college and the university’s various departments. During the meeting, which was attended by the college dean, Prof.Dr.Alawi Sadr Jazea and his assistants, the two sides discussed several issues related to the development of academic curricula, classrooms, and the enhancement of scientific research, as well as supporting students and improving the educational environment.
Prof.Dr. Bahaa and the college dean also discussed the number of students admitted through the central admission channel, in addition to the students accepted into postgraduate studies. He praised the workshops and seminars held by the college, including two workshops: the first focused on population census, while the second addressed drug abuse prevention.
At the end of the visit, the university president took commemorative photos with the statue of poet Muhammad Mahdi Al-Jawahiri, which was recently inaugurated by the college. He praised the efforts of those involved in the project and expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the college staff.
