The Council of the University of Baghdad held its eighth session for the academic year 2023-2024 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, Rector of the University of Baghdad, to discuss a number of scientific issues of interest to the university.
Ansaf stressed the increase in the dissemination of research in international repositories and directed the university’s formations to work to make a positive impact on society as the university is interested in community service.
He also stressed the establishment of seminars and workshops to develop the skills of teachers, and a number of teachers were promoted to the rank of professor. A number of issues related to scientific promotions, study vacations, and issues related to preliminary and postgraduate studies were also discussed.
