The Rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, chaired his first meeting, which included the directors of departments in the Rectory of the University of Baghdad, and in the presence of the Assistant Rector for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, and Dr. Amir Faisal Abdul Amir, Assistant Rector for Administrative Affairs, in order to make observations and general directives to raise the level of work and performance of the mother university.

The meeting discussed the need to speed up the completion of procedures and tasks of all departments and to stay away from administrative routines in order to provide the best services to auditors and students. The Rector of the University listened to the opinions and proposals of the directors of administrative departments and some of the problems and obstacles facing them and directed them to overcome them and find solutions to them, as well as reviewing some administrative achievements in some departments that aim to raise the scientific level and reputation of the university.

Ansaf also expressed his thanks and appreciation to everyone, wishing them more creativity in work in a way that contributes to raising the scientific and administrative level of the university, and stressed the interest in the work environment, teamwork, and attention to training and development.

This meeting comes within the endeavors of the University of Baghdad in following up the work of the administrative departments in the university Rectory, which is the backbone of the administrative work to organize the work of all the various university formations, which in turn aims to achieve scientific progress for the university and provide service to the community.
