The College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad was honored by the visit of the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and the President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Hameed, within the framework of the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, and they were received by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Hameed, accompanied by the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Diaa Jassim and a number of college professors.
The visit included a tour of the work of the college students, in which the innovators presented an introductory overview of their innovation models, and in turn, Al-Aboudi praised the young energies and their creative abilities, encouraging them to move forward towards creativity and progress in order to raise the name of Iraq high.
Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is an international initiative that aims to introduce young people in more than 177 countries to the topic of entrepreneurship with the participation of more than 10 million people and 39,000 diverse activities around the world.
