The College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad organized a major celebration to receive new students admitted to the college for the academic year 2023-2024, in the presence of Dr. Haider Al-Aboudi, Director of the Department of Media and Government Communication, representing the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Amin Abdul Hassan Al-Alwani, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Shaker Mahmoud, President of the Iraqi Medical Syndicate, and a large number of teachers and students.
The ceremony aimed to introduce new students to the need to abide by the laws of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University of Baghdad and the instructions issued by them, with a statement of the responsibility of the student of this ancient college in the future of Iraq’s health, and the first three students in each academic stage were celebrated, and the guests were honored with the college shield by the Dean of the College of Medicine.
