The Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Amin Abdul Hussein Al-Alwani, received a fellowship from the British Royal College (FRCP London), on Tuesday, 10/10/2023 in the British capital, London.
Al-Alwani was honored at the ceremony honoring the British Royal College on the occasion of receiving the fellowship. On the sidelines of the honoring ceremony, Prof. Dr. Amin Abdul Hussein Al-Alwani met with the President of the British Royal College, Professor Sarah Clark, where they discussed ways of joint cooperation and the possibility of independent partnerships between the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad and the British Royal College, in line with the history of the college, which is considered the mother college.
It is noteworthy that Al-Alwani is a doctor specializing in cardiology and electrical diseases and holds an electrocardiology fellowship as the first doctor to obtain this specialty from the German Leipzig Center for Cardiology, which is the first in the world in this specialty.
