In conjunction with consecutive successes for the University of Baghdad in improving its global ranking, it has exceeded 22,000 scientific research papers in various disciplines in the global Scopus repository.
The number of research papers in the repository exceeded 22,001 with the College of Medicine ranking the highest with approximately 4,263 research papers, followed by the College of Engineering with 4,067 research papers .The rest of the disciplines are ranked in order based on the number of published research papers.
The Scopus repository is one of the largest databases dedicated to publishing abstracts and documenting citations from diverse sources. It utilizes smart tools to track, analyze, document, and present research findings. The repository offers a comprehensive collection of scientific research outputs from around the world, covering various fields such as science, technology, medicine, as well as social sciences, humanities, and arts.
