Prof.Dr.Munir Al-Saadi, the Rector of the University of Baghdad, has convened with Assistant Deans for Scientific Affairs in the all colleges and institutes our University, in a meeting where Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan, the Manager of the Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance was attended to discuss the University ‘s results in the QS World Ranking and the Times Ranking of Universities in Asia, as well as presenting the strengths and weaknesses of the university’s performance in the evaluation hubs of these rankings.
At the outset of the meeting, Prof.Dr.Munir Al-Saadi, directed an accurate follow-up to the publication of postgraduate students’ research, raising the level of the periodicals issued by the university, He also stressed the need for the university’s research to achieve the goals of the United Nations for sustainable development.
It is noteworthy that the University of Baghdad is committed to enhancing scientific research so that its research is at the highest level of quality, this approach stems from its belief that scientific research is necessary for the development of our community and country.
