Directed by the rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Al-Saadi, and with the supervision of the Department of Student Activities at the university, a delegation from the University of Baghdad that includes a number of students from various colleges went to participate in the central ceremony for graduates of Iraqi universities. The ceremony was sponsored by the Abbasia Holy Shrine in the city of Karbala, under the title (A graduation batch on the Guidance of the Moon), where nearly 3000 students from various universities in Iraq participated. During the celebration, the graduation oath was echoed in the rehab of Imam Al-Abbas,( peace be upon him).
