Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid Ashour, the assistant rector for scientific affairs at the University of Baghdad, has recently received a delegation from the World Bank Group, in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in the presence of a number of academic figures from different Iraqi universities. The two parties discussed the development of the reality of human capital in Iraq, as well as ways to raise its development level and finding out how to support scientific research in the country.
