The Continuing Education Center at the University of Baghdad has organized a course for the preparation of Training of Trainers (TOT) and the purpose of establishing this course was to increase the ability to know the concept and objectives of the main training as well as to monitor the training needs of the trainees and thus designing programs as well as acquiring presentation skills in addition to using body language as a means to communicate knowledge and skills to trainees efficiently.
