The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has recently organized a series of weekly seminars for the academic year (2021-2022), aimed at providing researchers with modern developments, as well as keeping abreast of the latest technologies in the field of specialization. The aim of holding these seminars was to show the importance of the role of delegating powers by the central government to the provincial councils or not by activating the law of governorates not related to a province and its amendments No. 21 of 2008.
