A lecture on employment problems and the importance of decision-making for new graduates

The Continuing Education Center, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Continuing Education Center of the University of Baghdad, held a lecture entitled (Employment Problems and the Importance of Decision-Making for New Graduates). The lecture was delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Aws Mahmoud Muhammad, aimed to diagnose the most important problems that the outputs of the University of Baghdad suffer from in terms of providing job opportunities and how to overcome these problems, especially since women represent half of the society effectively, and therefore how to solve these problems by increasing community awareness and the state’s work to support the private sector, increase the space for investment projects and plans according to the labor market, thus achieving justice in providing job opportunities for all individuals without any discrimination.
