The Continuing Education Center at the University of Baghdad has organized a course on the mechanisms used for simplifying work procedures. This course aims to raise the efficiency of the participants and develop their own skills and job abilities through the optimal use of working time, which contributes to improving the quality of services provided by simplifying work procedures, as well as the sub-objectives of identifying the organization and its methods, identifying regulations, procedures and work progress maps, and knowing the philosophy of simplifying procedures, their benefits and stages, and their practices on the ground.
