The Scientific Committee for the English Language in the Theoretical Sciences Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences has organized a workshop entitled (The Physical Education Lesson: PE Class) that included a presentation of the most important terms of physiology in English language, which are among the vocabulary of students of the third grade, and the inclusion of these terms in the design of physical games and exercises aimed at enhancing physical activities and learning through play, muscles of the body, methods of measuring body composition and environmental exercise physiology.

The organizers of the workshop stressed that physical activity brings great benefits to the health of the heart, body and mind, as more than 80% of young people and adolescents in the world suffer from a lack of physical activity, and physical activity is defined as every movement made by the body and performed by muscles and requires energy consumption, including activities during work, play, performing household tasks and practicing recreational activities.
