The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Women, held its new workshop targeted towards addressing the topic of the methods adopted when dealing with psychological stress, in the presence of a group of professors and students.
The workshop aimed to introduce students to the methods of dealing with crises and psychological pressures they are exposed to, such as different pressures, including reducing exposure to stress, avoidance and physiological methods, as well as presenting the mechanisms of unconscious defense used by the individual from the problem before lying, justification, regression, substitution, projection, reverse or tolerance.
