The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad has organized a scientific symposium entitled (How to fight job failure) via the Google Meet Service in the presence of a number of teachers and students of undergraduate and postgraduate studies for the purpose of identifying the most important causes of job failure, its implications and how to fight work failure.
The seminar also included to know the difference between job merit and job failure and the causes of internal and external work pressures, identifying the term job burnout and methods of solving problems, as well as administrative tasks. The researcher called in the symposium to distribute job tasks according to the capabilities of the individual and scientific qualifications and work to establish training and development courses for employees to improve their job performance and avoid job failure.
