The Department of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, has organized a lecture entitled “Linguistic corrections of administrative and official books” in the presence of a number of teachers and employees concerned with human resources.
The lecture aimed to introduce the participants to the importance of employing the sound Arabic language in writing official books in correct formats with clear meaning, developing administrative correspondence among employees concerned with writing official books according to proper frameworks in order to avoid common mistakes in writing. The lecture recommended the need to review official books and audit them by proofreaders before exchanging them.
