The Department of Physics, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science held a workshop entitled “The Mechanism of Performance Evaluation Instructions for the Academic Year 2021-2022” in the presence of a number of professors and those concerned with the concerned committees.
The workshop aimed to clarify the paragraphs of the electronic performance appraisal form for the aforementioned academic year as well as the changes that have been made to for the sake of updating information for each employee. The workshop was presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Enam Muhammad Abdul Majeed and Suhad Abdul Karim Hamdan, who tried to clarify all paragraphs related to evaluating the performance of professors in particular to include their research and extra-curricular activities for the purpose of completing performance evaluation files in an organized and documented form in paper or online. It is noteworthy that this appraisal consists of data related to job performance, committees, letters of thanks & appreciation, penalties, publishing research and other items according to the forms designated for full-time or part-time faculty members and staff.
